When not in use a Pelican case (or competitor like Storm) with
dessicant would be a good bet. I suspect the dessicant will quickly
reach saturation, but if you have opportunity to dry it out many packs
are reusable.
In use... that's another problem, possibly without a solution if your
gear is supceptible. If you have not encountered it yet, a recurring
opinion on this list is that Sennheiser MKH mics work well in humid
environments.
