Yes it would be nice to have more sound than we have here in the
winter. Pretty quiet out there in general right now in my area.

I am looking to get the weight of my mic stand so that people will not
be misled by the different makes that look and cost about the same.

Sorry for linking to a less than good stand as it caught me by surprise.
