Folks, when testing the Edirol noise etc, a nasty question triggers my brain again. It comes up now and then. Please give your opinions: Suppose I would make a simple, but very handy low noise amp to Edirol 09 et= c. Suppose it is a very simple electronic device, almost beginner's level. Suppose I put it into a box and made it (sort of) professional looking. Suppose the material cost is 10 USdollars Suppose it takes 4 hours / each to make. (A week to make 10) If I want the same pay as the guy fixing my roof or the one mending my car,= then I will need 350 USdollars for it. Can that be justified? Considering that the very same unit would cost 15 dollars at Radio Shack, if made in China?? Klas. |
