The MKH combo does seem to be beckoning from the horizon, but I am
resisting at least until I have exhausted all other possibilities (I'm
a stubborn sod!).
The Beyerdynamic MC833 is too expensive and the spec not up to scratch
for what I want.
The Rode NT55 still looks interesting. If it's up to spec then a pair
of them could be good for an x/y setup.
Now, if only Rode would make an NT2000 version of the Studio Projects
LSD2...
