Standard NOS (Nederlande Omroep Stichting [=3DDutch Broadcasting
Oranisation]) employs two cardioids angled at 90 degrees and spaced 30
cm apart. Considered by most authors as a near-coincident setup but
some historical texts refer to it as spaced pair. Originates from the
late 70s if I can recall right.
