I was proposing a shootout. We could get a Jecklin from Josephson,
and use my 3032s for the omnis. We could compare that to your MS
array on the same sound field.

It seems to me omnis have an advantage for scientific work because
they are more easily calibrated (with a coupler). No question that MS
recordings are more mono-compatible, but for my personal listening
pleasure I prefer more space to more compatibility.
