Here's a question. I know my Schoeps are fairly sensitive to high=20
humidity environments. But I want to go sometime this year and record=20
rain forest. My thinking was, what if put a desiccant bag or two=20
inside the Rycote Zeppelin, do you think it'd help? Or is that just=20
too much humidity.
Anyone using Schoeps with experience in high humidity environments? I=20
know the Sennheiser MKH are fantastic for this type of recording, but=20
can't justify a pair just for a trip or two. I'm hoping I can make my=20
Schoeps work. Will be using a double MS setup, and a space omni pair,=20
maybe using a Jecklin disc too for some stuff. I'm not sure when I'm=20
going, probably later this year, but am starting to think about the=20
humidity problem, see if anyone has any clever ideas.
