Ciao Gianni,
I've heard the CC3s. These sound OK, but they're not terribly
efficient for field work. Also, they're a bit awkward to carry and
set up...even the smallest units in the Magnepan group. You might
look into the EAW SMS5 speakers
http://www.eawcommercial.com/en/products/surfacespeakers/
They're small (bookshelf sized) and they can take 175W input.
Originally designed and manufactured in Italy (under the RCF 5S
model), these are my favorites for both in the field and for making
presentations. They'll easily fill a hall with 300 people in it.
They'll operate in high humidity, rain, and a wide range of
temperatures. They wholesale, here, for around $120USD and retail
for around $180USD.
