Hi Mik,
I do not own a MB-1 but I own 4 Mini MicBoosters that I use with my
Edirol R4 to improve the rather poor performance of its preamp. I have
to say that I am very satisfied with the 20 dB boost the Mini MicBooster
provides. I get good quality low noise nature recordings. I you intend
to use the MB-1 for the same purpose I would recommend it.
