Hi Guys,
This problem turned out to be completely MY fault. I'm still a
relative Mac newbie and I completely missed the "Authorize" part of
the install process. Actually, I bought a Mac to augment my PC in some
of the multimedia projects I work on and I was expecting something a
little more elegant from Mac in this situation. Instead of a
meaningless Error message, you'd think they would simply say something
to the effect of "Please authorize this software before use" or words
to that effect. I'm not trying to start an OS war here but "It Just
Works" hasn't been the case for me. Oh well....thanks to all who tried
to help me with this. I guess "It Just Works" unless you're a dummy
like me! ;-)
