If they are like the MKH-80's, and they should be, they will produce a
very nice M/S. I like my MKH-80's better than the MKH-30/40 M/S. Though
they are more awkward to suspend and wind protect. And, of course, you
have several choices as to the mid polar pattern.

Those are pretty old samples now, back from when I first started using
the M/S and SASS. I should do some new samples sometime now that I have
more experience with the mics.
