I'm in Marin County, CA, just north of San Fran.

I hear the 800 is an amazing mic, my friends in NZ are using it to=20
record all the vocals and stuff for King Kong's voice. I'm sure it=20
sounds amazing. I'll let you know when time gets closer that I might=20
be able to do all the tests.

Did you mount the 800 in a Rycote? It's a mono mic, right, but multi-
pattern?
