Well, I use it on filmset, it has it's pro's and a few con's, but as a
proff. tool is definitely worth every Euro.

The mic inputs are dedicated mic inputs, with trafo's behind it. And that i=
n
combination with a proper Phantom voltage/feed delivers some serious good
audio, especially when one is using condenser mics like Neumann Kmr 82 or
81. Overload behaviour is one of the best I've ever heard.
Batterylife is as advertised ( 10 > 12 hours Normal day use ) , it is indee=
d
environment resistant ( water, sand, dust proof ), and a built in DVD
burner.
We call it the Audio Hummer over here :-)
