Yahoo has a page for tracking down the info:
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/edit/edit-20.html

In there you can get a new password assigned, which you can then change.
You can also have them look up your ID, though if you did not register
it could be a problem. Try your email address without the @, at one
point they would assign that ID. Or try your name without spaces.
