I would be glad to setup an ftp on one of our pc with a 10mbit internet 
connection and no space limitation (I could start with a 80GB disk I still 
have empty).

Though, I'm very busy and thus I don't have too much time for keeping web 
pages up to date. If you ftp your files with self-explaining filenames and 
an accompanying text file I could save a lot of time.
If one don't want to put files there, he could simply add an html file with 
links to his own webpage.

Concerning file sizes, it is now easy to download a several megabytes, 
unless you've a phone connection only. To comply with this case, it would 
be easy to add an MP3 file for any huge wav file.
