That's the standard industy pin connection, although I cannot part left from
right. It depends on how you twist the microphone. You have to make your own
marking of left and right on the transparent plate. 

Yes, the two extra pins are for the external 9v feed.

I have noted your needs and will get in touch with Doug about it.
