Hi Folks! The wellknown PRO5B48, for Phantom power, is now replaced by PRO6. No changes except that the cable always is interchangeable and that there is a special 9-volt power box to run the handle directly on 9 volt, without phantom power. So there is no DC to phantom power conversion to worry about. This means that you can use the PRO6 handle both with a phantom power machine like the Portadisc or Tascam and - with the power box - to a Walkman type MD/DAT back up machine. Prices are about the same as before + the power box, if you want one. Old B48's can be up-dated to PRO6. Klas. Telinga Microphones, Botarbo, S-748 96 Tobo, Sweden.
