The Rycote cover is simply a flat piece of soft fleece (not hairy) It's
a bit stretchy, and is edged with a elastic drawstring. You simply pop
it over the front of the dish, the mic focus point is such that the mics
don't stick out. The elastic keeps it on and you have little problem
with it flopping around. Very effective, I've used it in winds so strong
they buffetted the dish around and it was hard to hold it pointing steady.
