There were over 100 there in June this year.

Your memory’s OK. They were regular feeders (hopefully still are) under/in the Pin Oakes along Schick Street, and yes, you need to be careful pronouncing that.

In the dim  distant past (early 1980s) Yarralumla used to be the hotspot for King Parrots.  Mainly feeding on oak trees if my memory is correct.
