In the dim distant past (early 1980s) Yarralumla used to be the hotspot for King Parrots. Mainly feeding on oak trees if my memory is correct.

BTW, we have seen rather more numbers of king parrots than in past years near where we live (Emu Ridge, near the Belconnen town centre), as well as in McCaughey St a few blocks north of Barry drive (before Masson St).
