Black-shouldered Kites have been present in the grasslands around
Franklin-Harrison-Goorooyooroo for the past few months. At least 2 birds,
possibly more.

Subject: Black-shouldered Kite at Glenloch
Hi all
Saw a Black-shouldered Kite near Glenloch Interchange today and yesterday.
It is the first one I have seen around there for about 6 months (or anywhere
in the ACT region for that matter). Is it a declining species and are such
odd sightings worth reporting?
Regards
Peter
