Black-shouldered Kite at Glenloch

Hi all

Saw a Black-shouldered Kite near Glenloch Interchange today and yesterday.It is the first one I have seen around there for about 6 months (or anywherein the ACT region for that matter). Is it a declining species and are suchodd sightings worth reporting?
