I'm no expert on bats, but there are two relatively common local
Long-eared Bat spp (genus Nyctophilus) - Lesser/Geoffroy's and Gould's.
I'm not good enough to say which from the pic (we'd like to see its face
ideally) but on size alone I'd suggest the latter.
