Barbara; Agree with you completely re the NCA; this is a significant
problem. Also, they also have no-one on their staff who can put an internal
view/perspective on environmental matters. As far as Im aware, the ACT
Government's own wildlife advisers/experts were not consulted regarding
impacts on the wetlands when this was first aired in the public arena.
