Black-faced monarch Highgate Hill, Brisbane
A black-faced monarch and a juvenile (I'm pretty sure leaden) flycatcher have just turned up in my back garden in Highgate Hill. I can only assume these birds are on the move and we happen to be en-route as I would never have expected to see either in the garden! A quick search of this site suggests it might be quite unusual, would be great to hear of any similar suburban sightings!
