3 working along the edge of the creek

Sat 19 May Grey-crowned Babbler North Pine Water Treatment Plant 1' Cell
Grey-crowned Babbler (2) Flew across the road at the junction between Dayboro Rd and Scout Rd

Wed 16 May Rufous Fantails Eagleby wetlands, Beenleigh SEQld
A few fantails observed close to the river/ mangroves, always a bonus to have a few hanging round this time of year. Yellow thornbill also a nice addition, busy area ATM

Mon 14 May Black-necked Stork Lacebark St, Northlakes.
Lat -27.21006 Lon 153.025. Sited again, this time standing on nest mound made by other birds. Neck showing brilliant deep green in full sun at 2pm.

5 birds in mangroves - a southerly extension of range for this species
