A superb day of birding firstly at 8 am locating 6 Bourkes parrots sitting in a tree 2 km from homestead along the house circuit then at 10am we were ecstatic to see the GF sitting alone in a dead tree approx 100 meters from our car. With the morning sun shining behind us we had the perfect photo conditions Before the day was over we had also seen 4 Halls babblers and various other birds of note!
