What if you twitch Water or Les themselves in the field?

What is that worth? They are both native, not vagrants (some would
argue Wally might be but I think he's been here long enough now). I
suspect they would both be rare, not yet listed as threatened (a
submission might have to be made to the scientific committee).

Do twitchers have to be recorded on Tony Palliser's or the Surfbird
list
before I can count them? They are the IOC and C & B of twitchers after
