I can see the twitching stalker having a couple of lists:
One for all twitchers met;
One for all twitchers photographed;
One for all twitchers spotted on a TWITCH.
The latter [spotting twitchers chasing rarities] is the big ticket list.
All this presupposes that twitchers can be reliably distinguished from
normal birders. This can be difficult as some birders moult into non-
twitching plumage at certain times of the year ....
