Hi Jen,
See my response to David Kowalick on this subject. I actually can't see a
location on the Birds SA web site where rare and unusual sightings are
listed - you can take a look yourself, if you would like:

Hi all,
I spent some time re-organising my bookmarks today and SA is the only place
I can't monitor for vagrant birds and special sightings. As I am close
enough to do a weekend trip I would love to know what is happening over the
border. If anyone knows a "Birdline" style site I would love to know about
it.
Thanks
Jen
