The federal dept. of the environment has a list of exotic species in aviculture in connection with the the "Exotic bird record keeping scheme": http://www.environment.gov.au/biodiversity/trade-use/publications/pubs/inventory-exotic-common.pdf Unfortunately no indictaion of abundance - but presumably the scheme will yield this, A variety of pigeons/doves from round the world - but as Steven says no fruit doves.
