Yes. Study the pictures on Tony Palliser's web page or ABID or elsewhere
yourself. The primaries may be a little worn but not a lot. Conversely, the
tail is very worn. So if anything this exaggerates the primary projection.
Even so, it is very very short, much shorter than on any confusion species.
