G'day all,it seems that the ban on the growing of pesticide resistant canola is coming to an end. This to me seem like a crazy idea as we already have enough weed problems without introducing a pesticide resistant one. Especially as on my last trip to western NSW I was surprised to see as a lot of what appeared to be Canola growing as a weed along the road side. See http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2007/11/28/2103506.htm Cheers Graham Turner =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.comTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
