Blackbirds are also meant to be in Toowoomba, QLD. We get sporadic records for Brisbane. I saw a male a few years ago at Barraba, NSW. Tim Murphy -----Original Message----- From: Behalf Of Glenn Sent: Wednesday, 18 October 2006 5:53 PM To: Subject: Blackbirds in central western NSW While not western NSW, I can confirm sightings of Blackbirds in Stanthorpe, Queensland. There had been a reports of Blackbirds having been seen here but it wasn't until a couple of weeks ago that I could confirm the sighting. I spotted a male and three females in the local park. cheers Glenn McRae Stanthorpe, Qld |
