I had a quick look at this website and it would appear that CATWATCH
does provide an effective deterrent for cats. However, surely such a
device completely bypasses the main problem, i.e., that cats kill native
fauna and should be got rid of altogether, not just scared away. Just
because they are kept out of your garden doesn't involve any reduction
to the chaos they cause our natural fauna elsewhere. Total elimination
is the real answer. The manufacturer of this product is making money
without addressing the basic problem, and in fact doesn't want to get
rid of cats at all, just to make money from their presence.

Ultrasonic devices can be used to keep cats away from your property.
One example is CATWatch.

James Smith provides the following info:

CATWatch is an ultrasonic deterrent that works. I found the product so
effective in dealing with the cat problem in my garden when I was living
in the UK that as I was considering returning to Australia I contacted
the manufacturer and expressed an interest in and have subsequently
become their Australian distributor. Details about the product are
available on the fauNature website www.faunature.com.au
