Thanks for clarifying the spam issue Russell. I was surprised to find out
that non-subscribers could post to the list. I had always assumed that
posting was for subscribers only. Personally I'm not all that worried by the spam that slips through. I am just surprised that birding-aus is the only one of the lists that I subscribe to that gets spam.
