Hi, I recently returned from a trip to far north Queensland where I saw a hawk-like bird with very pale underwing, breast and belly, dark coverts, dark underwing primaries and a very distinct black head. This sighting was made just south of Port Douglas on Four Mile Beach. A few days later I saw two of these birds flying in close proximity to each other along the beach front. According to my field guides, I suspect they were Papuan Harriers. Any comments?
