Always sad when someone like this leaves us. Some years ago my wife and I
were having a break and a bird on the Darling anabranch north of Broken
Hill, when a bus full of BOCA members pulled in, and Peter was first out, to
make himself known and exchange birding notes. Duncan Fraser.
