Dear All, A birding friend and I will be in the Broome area for about 9 days between June 25 and July3. (Bliss!) We will be spending some of this time at the Observatory, but we are also hiring a 4WD and intend to spend some time siight seeing, camping and birding at/near: Windjana Gorge, Tunnel Creek and Giekie Gorge. Any information on good sites in those regions for birding, viewing or camping would be much appreciated. We will also appreciate, though in a somewhat different way, moans of envy, frustrated desire and the like.... (having often felt these emotions myself while reading others' mouthwatering trip reports) Kim Kim Sterelny Philosophy Victoria University of Wellington PO Box 600, Wellington New Zealand phone: 64/(0)4/4721-000 Fax: 64/(0)4/495-5130 To unsubscribe from this list, please send a message to Include ONLY "unsubscribe birding-aus" in the message body (without the quotes) |
