No you still need on physical interface per box. But if you run of of Ethernet 
interfaces, you can use USB, if they are available in addition to the Ethernet 
interfaces

 small too.  I could even use my ts-7500 for that. so I
 could set up 4 networks on the
 usb-ethernets?

       To simplify you need on pyhsical Ethernet port
 per box, in a pinch you could use USB to Ethernet
 converters, and setup your USB devices as Ethernet
