That DHCP entry gives a FIXED IP address to that board with the specified
MAC address. If you had 3 boards you'd put in 3 entries, one for each MAC 
address and give each their own unique IP address.

DHCP does NOT have to be used to hand out random addresses! Even though 
most micky mouse DHCP servers are only configured to do that.

My DHCP server hands out FIXED (static if you prefer) IP addresses to 
everything on my network. I like everything nailed down too!
