I got it to boot to the .1 box as well. Somehow /ts7250-debian/etc/fstab 
didn't have the default / entry commented-out. I'm SURE I commented it, 
but I must have done something to undo that.

In any case, the 7250 now will boot to my Linux server or to my backup 
Linux box, depending on the Redboot parameter. Too bad it takes so long 
to load the system over the network.
