Dear Mr. Stahls,

Thank you for your suggestions. I will check the archives to find the helpful information. We have a kernel module, which is applicable for the version after 2.6.29. Now, we will replant it in a TS-7250 arm board. I really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Regards,
Xiang

I do not feel comfortable with your words about the difference in culture/philosophy. You should know that the eastern culture and the people from some "certain countreis" do not mean they do not want to pay any efforts. Meanwhile, the western culture also does not mean more efforts.

I do not want to explain what effort I paid. If there are some mistakes in the written style for an technical problem, I really appreciate your suggestions. But I do not think it is necessary to add more justification about the culture difference. Both of us are not eligible in this topic. By the way, I will stick on my project problem, which is the most excellent feature in some "certain countries". Thank you so much.

Mr. Chitte is simply frustrated at the number of people who've come around lately asking for help when they have made no effort to help themselves.  We're not here to hold peoples hands, were especially not here to teach people Linux in general.  The other issue he had was there has been a large quantity of messages lately in regards to updating the kernel to something newer including 2.6.32.  Look back through the last few months archives and you should be able to understand how to update the kernel and what is required to update.

I have to ask, are you sure you *require* 2.6.32?  I mean for a embedded environment there isn't that much that changed from 2.4 to 2.6 that would be beneficial.

Jason Stahls
