Seems no system is found on SD card or did not load. TS7400 uses 8s
watchdog, that is causing periodic reboots.

The type of partition 2 and 3 must be 0xda. Seems that you have wrong
type (0) and bootloader is unable to find correct partition (first
0xda partition is kernel, second 0xda is initrd)
Try changing partition type.

I think default linuxrc is fine. I have to change it myself to enable
alternate /dev/ttyAM0 pins (but with ts9441 this is not neccesary)
