This SD card works for me ts TS-SDBOOT bootloader.
 If you are using TS-FASTBOOT (dafault bootloader on delivered board), 2.4 kernel gets loaded and is unable to continue with 2.6 root partition (kernel and initrd are loaded from onboard flash).

To switch to TS-SDBOOT: (read http://www.embeddedarm.com/software/arm-linux-fastboot-ts7300.php)

$ mac=`ifconfig eth0 | grep HWaddr | cut -d' ' -f11`
$ tsbootrom-update -s -m $mac

Search the mailinglist, it may be not easy to return to fastboot without working SD card (with 2.4 or 2.6 kernel) or ts7441.

Another possibility may be to use bootload to load linux kernel from sdcard from ts-fastboot environment (http://www.embeddedarm.com/software/arm-linux-bootloader.php)

I did not try this, I am happy with TS-SDBOOT (everything resides on sd card, so any upgrade may be done with just changing it)
