I have a TS-9441 attached and conecte d via COM1 / terminal software. The two jumpers is off. With boot jumper on i get TS-SPIFLASHBOOT prompt (I put linuxrc -> /linuxrc-sdroot, save, open Boot jumper and reboot). I think my SD card is ok.
