Funny this is I can tell that I'm successfully joined in the group yet the MAC 
layer still filters. I'm tempted to say it's a TS7250 Linux bug, one that was 
probably fixed in later versions.

Interesting, I appreciate your feedback and yes, mrouted did not compile well 
here either for some reason.
