Hello Naresh,

about your questions:
  1) I applied the entire set of patches.
  2) I didn't change anything. The default options (ts7200-defconfig) worked 
well for me to start. I leave fine tunning for future ...
  3a) With zImage you get an smaller image, because it's compressed (I think 
that using zlib)
  3b) I don't remember the exact message, but when I compiled using the default 
cross compiler, I get an error message, so it could be only a problem with the 
compiler that you used. I used the crosstool for linux 2.6 available on the ftp 
of embeddedarm.com.
  4) I'd like know the answer, but unfortunately I only have one TS-7250 :-(
