Hi,

I am trying to get a TS-GSM1 to talk to with a 7260.

On the GSM1 the jumpers 1 and 5 are on the rest off. Which puts the GSM on COM2
and turns is on.

The LED is flashing which according the manual means that the SIM is registered
with the network.

I an try to make this work with a debian on an SD card. I chroot to the card
run minicom and set the port ttyAM1 to 9600 and send an AT command to the GSM
modem and nothing happens, same if I try kermit.

I would expect some sort of response even if it was an error.

I have poured over the archives and find very little, google on this one has no
been very helpful.

I would appreciate it if someone who has gotten this combination to work would
point me in the right direction. All hints welcome.

Regards,

Rod
