I can't reproduce this problem, you may want to verify the md5sum matches.
e.g.
sh-2.05b# which find
/usr/bin/find
sh-2.05b# md5sum /usr/bin/find
966eea0b756ef38f6cb9ede09a76b8d2 /usr/bin/find
sh-2.05b# uname -a
Linux ts7200 2.4.26-ts11 #3 Tue Jun 6 14:13:14 MST 2006 armv4l GNU/Linux
If the md5sum matches you may want to reinstall the tarball if you
have made any other changes to the filesystem.

I'm not sure I understand... I've verified the find utility work fine
in our default shipping Debian filesystem as well as in our default
shipping TS-Linux distro. Above I thought you said find didn't work in
our default shipping Debian distro, but he I'm under the impression
your saying find isn't working when you build busybox...
If you are having problems when you build busybox, then I would
suggest using the exact same toolchain and source code we use. You can
download our current source code for busybox here
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7200-linux/sources/busybox-1.00-rc2.04-28-2008.tar.bz2
and the toolchain is available here
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7200-linux/cross-toolchains/crosstool-linux-gcc-3.4.4-glibc-2.3.2.tar.gz

I would assume there are probably patches for the source so they
compile with a more recent version of gcc...
As I mentioned earlier, I don't typically follow every thread on this
mailing list as I just don't have enough time to... If you have
problems and you would like help from Technologic Systems it is best
to contact us directly.
I have a few other high priority tasks I need to work on unrelated to
tech support. I will periodically check in on this list, but if you
need to get a hold of someone in tech support it is best to contact us
directly...
